Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required!
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days. Please note that our order cut-off time for processing is 5:00 pm (EST). Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed during a holiday or weekend, it will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
After processing, your order will be shipped using our Free Shipping method. Our typical shipping times are as follows:
- Transit Time: 5-7 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 6-9 business days (from order date to delivery)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and third-party carrier delays.
Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping Location: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
- No International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates. Pasarstore is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Items
In the event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@pasarstore.com. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve the problem.
If you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo of the damaged item, and we will assist you in processing a return or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 1-2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to it.
